Settle down and don't pander. It was a super weird question but it's honestly not that bad that you brought it up. We don't have any type of procedure in place. It's just expected that someone should tell one of the leaders and the offender will be removed if the accusation seems credible.
Maybe you didn't realize it and that would explain a lot, but the unit is at most never more then 50 people and that's not even the number of people who participate regularly. It started out as a much smaller group from high school. There's not some huge bureaucracy where they're going to have a super drawn out procedure of due process. If someone is acting up they're going to be told to stop and removed if necessary.
