The British and Americans collaborated with the Russians to forcibly expel German civilians from their homeland in eastern Germany. They were subjected to extreme violence and Eisenhower collaborated with the Russians by refusing to allow German refugees to evacuate into the American lines. He also put Germans into concentration camps after the war.
