I admire your ambition, but to be completely honest, this is far off the rails.

I checked out the software you linked, and it's incredibly sketchy. It looks like it's modeled after an ancient version of Youtube and it's filled with all kinds of weird upsells despite being allegedly free software. The English is extremely broken.

In theory, I'd love to make a Youtube inspired platform like you described, but it would be completely impractical. Even if approved users were the only uploaders, the storage and bandwidth costs would be considerable. If that weren't an issue, it would still be impractical because the reach would be so much more limited. The only discovery would be through search engines while on Youtube it's easier to get organic discovery through searches and recommended videos.
