Everyone has to be 18 now in order to participate.  We used to allow minors to reenact without access to weapons.  Tanya has been with us since she was 15 but we're not comfortable with that anymore.  This isn't a gender/sexual issue either.  It's not worth the liability of someone being unsafe.

I think you made the right call. I'm surprised you had a 15 year old girl in your unit. It's not worth the risk of someone creeping on them and having the resulting fallout.

It's not even really about that. We don't want to deal with the liability of having minors over a safety issue.

The original members weren't that much older than me so it wasn't weird. Most groups aren't going to allow minors unless they have some connection to an existing member. Most of the time they're dealing with boys.
