Enable edit history for posts - Vasily_1942 - 05-10-2024

We should have the ability to save and view the edit history of posts.  We'll be able to have access to useful posts even if the user deletes it and moderators will be able to see what was said if a user writes something offensive and then changes it.

The moderators already have access to the post edit history.  I don't plan on making the edit history available to everyone in order to protect privacy and to avoid incidents where someone removes unacceptable statements from their post but everyone still has access to it.

Users should edit their posts to remove any objectionable statements.  Whether or not moderators will warn them even if they already removed it is up to their discretion depending on the severity.

Do the moderators revert posts that were edited for no reason?

If we find users who try to delete their posts for no apparent reason, then we revert the post and issue a warning.
